Passiflora is a plant belonging to the Passifloraceae family that is traditionnally used to soothe and relax, and particularly to alleviate feelings of stress. Passiflora helps to restore calm and to reduce tension and feeling of nervous fatigue and irritability.

Fenugreek

Fenugreek is a plant belonging to the Fabaceae family that has long been known to improve lactation : it helps stimulate and maintain milk production for successful breastfeeding. Fenugreek also helps promote postnatal recovery.

Dog rose

Dog rose is a plant belonging to the Rosaceae family that has been used for centuries to fight the effects of fatigue. The dog rose hip supports everyday vitality.

Biotin or Vitamin B8

Biotin or Vitamin B8 contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and mucous membranes.

Magnesium

Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and supports normal nervous system function (psycological functions).
